Arya Women -Turkish Education Foundation (TEV) Gala
Organized in collaboration with Arya Women and the Turkish Education Foundation (TEV), the Arya: Women Transforming Türkiye Gala brought together approximately 500 distinguished guests at The Peninsula Istanbul on International Women’s Day. Ruks Event & Design managed the entire corporate event and gala production in Istanbul end-to-end, from creative concept development and high-end production to content management and guest experience. Celebrating the social and economic impact created by women, the evening was designed as a refined corporate gala defined by strong content and an elegant atmosphere.
Design Approach: Refined, Understated and Timeless
We shaped the creative direction of the evening around the prestige of the event and its predominantly C-level guest profile, developing a refined and timeless aesthetic. Preserving the architectural elegance of The Peninsula Istanbul, we created a sophisticated gala atmosphere that felt strong yet understated, polished yet restrained.
From stage design and décor to lighting, table settings, and guest experience, every element was developed in harmony with the natural elegance of the venue. The result was a modern and elegant event language that never competed with the content of the evening, while allowing its prestige to be felt in every detail.
End-to-End Corporate Event Management
From venue selection and planning to creative concept development, design, décor, guest relations, and on-site management, the entire event was managed end-to-end by Ruks Event & Design. For an evening hosting approximately 500 guests, high-end production, technical infrastructure, stage management, live show direction, content creation and management, and the complete run of show were coordinated under a single operational plan.
Speeches, award presentations, stage transitions, visual content, and every movement between the different chapters of the evening were planned in advance to ensure both creative and technical continuity, then managed live throughout the event. Close coordination between show direction, technical production, and on-site teams ensured that every moment unfolded seamlessly, with precision and at high production standards.
For this comprehensive corporate gala and event production, design, high-end production, complex logistics, content creation and management, show direction, and guest experience were brought together under one cohesive creative vision.
The evening also held a personal significance for Ruks Event & Design. Invited on stage by Ahu Serter and Münteha Adalı, founders of the Arya Women Investment Platform, our founder Rukiye Demirkan, herself a TEV alumna, presented the Social Impact Award to TEV General Manager Banu Taşkın.
